1 Return & Exchange Policy
1.1 What is your return policy for bras?

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

 

You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was shipped. In those cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

1.2 How will I receive my refund for a return?

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
